When you create a WildMark account and use the platform, we collect information necessary to provide the service.

Billing Information: WildMark does not store credit card numbers. Payment information is securely processed by Stripe. WildMark stores only the billing information necessary to manage subscriptions and payment history.

  • Operate and maintain the WildMark platform
  • Store and organize wildlife management records
  • Generate Form PWD-888 Annual Reports
  • Generate Submission Packages
  • Process subscriptions and billing
  • Send transactional emails (verification, password reset, billing notifications)

  • Improve platform functionality
  • Develop new features
  • Detect fraud and unauthorized activity
  • Maintain platform security

WildMark does not sell your personal information.

We do not use your personal information for targeted advertising or profiling.

How We Share Information

WildMark shares information only when necessary to operate the platform and deliver the service. This includes sharing with service providers who help us:

  • Operate the platform
  • Process payments
  • Provide authentication
  • Host infrastructure
  • Comply with legal obligations

WildMark never sells customer information.

We do not share your personal information with third parties for advertising, marketing, or any purpose unrelated to operating the WildMark service.

Third-Party Service Providers

WildMark relies on a small number of trusted third-party providers to operate the platform. Our current service providers include:

  • Supabase — authentication, database services, and secure file storage
  • Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing
  • Cloudflare — website hosting, DNS, security, and content delivery
  • Google Analytics (GA4) — website analytics and usage reporting
  • Resend — transactional emails

This list may change as the platform evolves. Each provider receives only the minimum information necessary to perform their service and is contractually required to handle your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

Data Storage & Security

All data is transmitted over encrypted HTTPS connections. WildMark uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we process — including access controls, encrypted storage, and regular security reviews.

No system can be completely secure. If you have concerns about the security of your account, please contact us at support@getwildmark.com.

Cookies & Analytics

WildMark uses cookies — small text files stored in your browser — to make the platform work properly. We use cookies for:

  • Authentication — keeping you signed in securely
  • Security — protecting your session from unauthorized access
  • Session management
  • Site preferences
  • Analytics and usage information

Cookies and related technologies are set by Supabase (authentication and session management), Cloudflare (security), Google Analytics (analytics and usage reporting), and Stripe (payment-related functionality where applicable).

You can configure your browser to block or delete cookies, but doing so may affect your ability to sign in or use certain features.

You have control over your information. You may:

  • Access the information associated with your account
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Update your account information at any time
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data

Additional commitments:

  • WildMark does not sell personal information.
  • WildMark does not use personal information for targeted advertising.
  • WildMark does not perform automated profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

User Content

You retain ownership of the content you create and upload to WildMark, including:

  • Property information
  • Field Journal entries
  • Photographs
  • Maps
  • Uploaded documents
  • Wildlife records
  • Generated reports

By using WildMark, you grant us only the limited rights necessary to store, process, organize, display, and generate reports as requested by you. We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for any purpose beyond operating the platform on your behalf.

Data Retention & Account Deletion

Account information is retained while your account remains active. If you close your account, we will work to delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable period.

However, certain information may be retained after account deletion when necessary for:

  • Billing and accounting records, as required by law
  • Fraud prevention and dispute resolution
  • Legal compliance or legitimate business purposes
  • Temporary backup copies (which are removed in the ordinary course of operations)

We do not promise immediate deletion of all data upon account closure, but we are committed to handling your information responsibly.

International Data Processing

WildMark is based in the United States. Our trusted service providers may process or store information in different jurisdictions as necessary to provide the service. By using WildMark, you acknowledge that your information may be processed outside your country of residence in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

WildMark is designed for adult landowners and is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@getwildmark.com and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the platform evolves or as legal requirements change. When we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.

When required, WildMark will provide notice of material changes through the platform, by email, or by another appropriate method. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
